- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Blend together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until creamy.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
- Pour any remaining buffalo sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle with mozzarella and blue cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
