Description

A heartwarming dish filled with shredded chicken, creamy cheeses, and spicy buffalo sauce perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Blend together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Pour any remaining buffalo sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle with mozzarella and blue cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
