- 1/2 cup white chocolate chunks
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chunks.
- Mix the cream cheese and blueberry jam until smooth.
- Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet and fill with cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
Storing leftovers: Keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For a lighter version, substitute half of the butter with applesauce.
