Description

Soft and flavorful cookies filled with juicy blueberries and creamy white chocolate, perfect for a cozy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chunks
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chunks.
  6. Mix the cream cheese and blueberry jam until smooth.
  7. Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet and fill with cream cheese mixture.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

Storing leftovers: Keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For a lighter version, substitute half of the butter with applesauce.
