- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Add the pineapple chunks to the grill during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Serve the chicken topped with grilled pineapple and garnished with green onions.
Notes
Marinate the chicken overnight for enhanced flavors or substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variations.
