Description

Delightful BBQ Chicken Naan Pizzas with crispy naan crust, tender chicken, and gooey cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 slices naan
  • Sweet barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups cheddar jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1½ cups chicken (leftover, grilled, roasted, or rotisserie)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked until slightly crispy, chopped)
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced vertically)
  • Cilantro (chopped, for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400℉ (200℃) and lightly spray 2 rimmed metal baking sheets with olive oil spray.
  2. Place 2 naans per pan and spoon your desired amount of barbecue sauce on top. Spread it evenly, making sure to leave a ½-inch border for the crust.
  3. Layer each naan with cheese, followed by the chicken pieces, turkey bacon, and another handful of cheese.
  4. Drizzle a spoonful of barbecue sauce over the top before you bake.
  5. Bake each pan on the middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden.
  6. Sprinkle with minced cilantro before serving.
