Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and mix in the melted butter until well combined.
- Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until everything is well incorporated.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl until evenly mixed.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined—no need to overmix!
- Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts, creating a beautiful, speckled batter.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
