Description

A comforting baked salmon dish with a creamy Parmesan and herb crust that is quick, easy, and perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as dill, parsley, or thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let that warmth fill your kitchen.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and dried herbs until well combined.
  3. Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven, and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes
