- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as dill, parsley, or thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let that warmth fill your kitchen.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and dried herbs until well combined.
- Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
