Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Drizzle the honey mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  6. Fold the foil to create a sealed packet.
  7. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes.
