Description

Enjoy comforting and flavorful tacos filled with chicken, crispy turkey bacon, and zesty ranch dressing, all baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing (plus more for drizzling)
  • 10–12 small flour tortillas (street-size)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan to prepare for baking.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a large bowl, mixing until well combined.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds so they’re pliable and easy to fold.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly into each tortilla and fold them over, sealing in all that creamy goodness.
  5. Arrange the tacos seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, making sure they fit snugly together.
  6. Brush or spray the tops lightly with olive oil or melted butter for that extra crispy finish.
  7. Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melty.
  8. Top each taco with shredded lettuce and a drizzle of extra ranch dressing once out of the oven.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy the cozy comfort they bring!
