- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup jalapeños, diced (fresh or pickled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package eggroll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and cheddar in a mixing bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Take an eggroll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly and seal the edge with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the eggrolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove them from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Make a double batch and freeze some eggrolls for a quick snack! Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes for a healthier option.
