Description

Crispy and tender chicken tenders cooked in an air fryer, perfect for a quick weeknight meal with a creamy ranch dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ranch dressing and chicken tenders in a bowl until well-coated.
  3. Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in the breadcrumb mixture until well-coated.
  5. Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping and enjoy!
