Description

A colorful and delicious 7 Layer Salad that’s perfect for gatherings, combining fresh vegetables and creamy mayonnaise.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced red onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup turkey bacon bits

Instructions

  1. In a clear glass bowl, layer the ingredients one by one in the following order: salad greens, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, bell peppers, shredded Cheddar cheese, peas, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and turkey bacon bits.
  2. Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise over the top, smoothing it with a spatula.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
