Ingredients

- 6 cups chopped lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 cup diced red onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup turkey bacon bits
Instructions
- In a clear glass bowl, layer the ingredients one by one in the following order: salad greens, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, bell peppers, shredded Cheddar cheese, peas, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and turkey bacon bits.
- Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise over the top, smoothing it with a spatula.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
