- 1 tablespoon of seasoning (like garlic powder or onion powder)
- Toothpicks for securing pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces, then wrap each piece with a slice of turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, barbecue sauce, and seasoning in a bowl until combined.
- Fill each bacon-wrapped sausage with the cheese mixture generously.
- Place the pig shots on the grill and cook for about 60 minutes or until bacon is crispy and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
