Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup flour

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well until everything is nicely blended.
  4. Combine the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl; gradually add this mixture to the peanut butter mixture, stirring well.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving enough space for them to expand.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
