Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Gradually combine the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract with the dry ingredients until a soft, fluffy dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread the diced peaches evenly over the dough and sprinkle cinnamon generously on top.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long end to the other, creating a log.
- Slice the log into individual rolls, about 1-inch thick.
- Place the sliced rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each roll.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1-2 tablespoons of milk until smooth.
