Delightful no-bake treats combining creamy peanut butter and crunchy cornflakes, topped with colorful Easter egg candies.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of cornflakes
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Easter egg candies (for decoration)
Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the cornflakes and powdered sugar together in a large bowl until well combined.
- Pour the melted peanut butter mixture over the cornflakes and stir until all the cornflakes are coated.
- Using your hands or a spoon, form small clusters shaped like haystacks on a piece of parchment paper.
- Press an Easter egg candy on top of each haystack for decoration!
- Let them cool and set at room temperature or in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a chocolaty variation, drizzle melted chocolate over the haystacks before they set. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
