Description

Delightful no-bake treats combining creamy peanut butter and crunchy cornflakes, topped with colorful Easter egg candies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of cornflakes
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Easter egg candies (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Mix the cornflakes and powdered sugar together in a large bowl until well combined.
  4. Pour the melted peanut butter mixture over the cornflakes and stir until all the cornflakes are coated.
  5. Using your hands or a spoon, form small clusters shaped like haystacks on a piece of parchment paper.
  6. Press an Easter egg candy on top of each haystack for decoration!
  7. Let them cool and set at room temperature or in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a chocolaty variation, drizzle melted chocolate over the haystacks before they set. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
