Description

Cozy and comforting mini lahmacun bites topped with a creamy yogurt drizzle, perfect for family dinners, parties, or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ground beef or lamb
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mini pita or flatbreads
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, grated tomato, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the meat mixture onto your mini pita or flatbreads, spreading it evenly.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and the meat is cooked through.
  5. While baking, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the yogurt drizzle.
  6. Once the mini lahmacun bites are ready, drizzle the yogurt mixture over the top and serve immediately.

Notes

Make-ahead: The meat mixture can be prepared a day in advance. Leftover unbaked bites can be frozen and cooked directly from frozen.
