Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender yet still vibrant green, about 5 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the butter for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  4. Toss the steamed broccoli in the garlic butter, coating well.
  5. Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stirring to melt slightly and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve warm in a serving dish and enjoy.

Notes

Make ahead by steaming broccoli in advance; reheat with garlic butter and Parmesan. Use frozen broccoli if fresh is unavailable.
