Instructions
- Begin by steaming the broccoli florets until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Once the garlic is fragrant, add the steamed broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
- Sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the broccoli, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss again to combine everything before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with a squeeze of lemon juice, crispy prosciutto, or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Make ahead by steaming broccoli in advance and reheating with garlic butter.
