Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, followed by the lemon juice and zest. Stir gently.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve over pasta or as a base for other dishes, garnished with parsley.
Notes
