Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, stirring occasionally to break it apart.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and let the beef mixture simmer for a few minutes.
