- 30 grams Almond Flour
- ⅓ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Low Carb Sugar Substitute (granulated)
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg

- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ⅓ cup Low Carb Sugar Substitute (powdered)
- ½ teaspoon Heavy Cream
- ⅓ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) and line a baking pan with baking paper.
- Combine almond flour, xanthan gum, salt, granulated erythritol, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Melt the butter over low heat and mix in the vanilla extract. Gradually fold this into the flour mixture until a dough forms.

- Mix in the egg using an electric mixer until you have a soft, elastic dough.
- Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C), then lower the temperature to 355°F (180°C) and continue to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Sift the powdered erythritol in a mixing bowl for the glaze, then add heavy cream and enough water for a thick consistency.
- Roll the baked donut balls in the glaze, letting any excess drip off.
