- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture until well coated.
- Place the coated shrimp in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the cooked shrimp in the bang bang sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
For a refreshing twist, add fresh lemon juice and zest to the bang bang sauce. Leftovers can be stored for up to 2 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
