Description

A cozy seafood delight, this keto-friendly Bang Bang Shrimp offers crispy, tender shrimp coating a zesty bang bang sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture until well coated.
  4. Place the coated shrimp in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
  7. Toss the cooked shrimp in the bang bang sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

For a refreshing twist, add fresh lemon juice and zest to the bang bang sauce. Leftovers can be stored for up to 2 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
