- 1 pound Chicken Tenders
- Fresh Parsley or Dill (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and ground cumin. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chicken tenders to the bowl, ensuring each piece is generously coated in the marinade. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil if using a skillet.
- Once hot, cook the marinated chicken tenders for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving warm, garnished with fresh parsley or dill.
Notes
