Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and letting them sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the water and cool them in an ice bath.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, jalapeño peppers, and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, ensuring that the flavors pop.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves, filling them generously.
