Description

An easy weeknight dinner combining tender chicken, creamy feta cheese, and a sweet, spicy drizzle of hot honey.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (or more, to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey over the chicken.
  6. Return the dish to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Can be made ahead by marinating the chicken overnight. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
