Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup hot honey (or more, to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the chicken.
- Return the dish to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Can be made ahead by marinating the chicken overnight. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
