Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the baby potatoes, chopped turkey bacon, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the potatoes are beautifully coated in the mixture.
  3. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, giving them a gentle stir halfway through.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
