- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup berries (or more)
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese to a large food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Next, add the maple syrup and blend again until well combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cottage cheese mixture with the Greek yogurt using a silicone spatula, creating a luscious, creamy blend.
- Now comes the fun part! Layer the jars in the following order: a generous layer of crushed graham crackers, followed by a layer of your cheesecake mixture, then more graham crackers, a sprinkle of fresh berries, and finish with another layer of the cheesecake mixture.
