- 1 30-oz can fruit cocktail in juice
- 1 20-oz can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 8-oz can mandarin orange slices
- 1 10-oz bag mini marshmallows
- 1 24-oz container of sour cream
- 1 box orange flavored gelatin
Instructions
- Pour all the fruit from the cans into a colander placed over the sink. Allow the juices to drain for about four hours.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and the orange jello powder. Stir until blended.
- Add the drained fruit and mini marshmallows to the bowl. Gently stir to coat.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour; letting it sit longer will enhance the flavors.
- Just before serving, give the salad a gentle stir and enjoy it chilled.
