Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat, letting it warm up while you prepare the ingredients.
  2. Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and place the baby potatoes in the center. Make sure to leave enough space to fold it shut.
  3. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and the little pats of butter on top of the potatoes; the butter will melt and soak into every morsel.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle on fresh herbs if desired for that extra pop of flavor.
  5. Fold the foil over the potatoes to create a sealed packet, ensuring that no steam can escape – this will keep everything wonderfully moist.
  6. Place the packet on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and cooked through, giving them a gentle shake for even cooking.
