Description

A comforting bowl featuring grilled chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a luxuriously creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your grill, then grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the broccoli in olive oil until tender.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
