Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season your chicken breasts with garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Boil a large pot of salted water, add cubed potatoes, and cook until tender. Drain and mash with milk and butter, seasoning again.
