A quick and delicious dish of tender steak bites and zesty zucchini in a rich garlic butter sauce, ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet and melt. Toss in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add zucchini, cooking for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss with the garlic butter.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until steak is heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove.
