Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Toss the chicken, quartered potatoes, and roughly chopped carrots into your slow cooker.
- Mix the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chicken broth.
- Pour and Coat: Pour the butter mixture over the chicken and veggies in the slow cooker.
