Description

A unique twist on garlic bread and classic grilled cheese that combines crispy, buttery garlic bread and gooey, melty cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet and sprinkle half the cheese on each slice.
  4. Top with the other two slices of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over low heat. Cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melting.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice diagonally, and serve immediately.

Notes

Try adding crispy turkey bacon or experimenting with different cheeses for a gourmet twist.
