Description
A unique twist on garlic bread and classic grilled cheese that combines crispy, buttery garlic bread and gooey, melty cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet and sprinkle half the cheese on each slice.
- Top with the other two slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Heat a skillet over low heat. Cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melting.
- Remove from the pan, slice diagonally, and serve immediately.
Notes
Try adding crispy turkey bacon or experimenting with different cheeses for a gourmet twist.
