- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, or bananas)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, nuts, or granola for a crunch
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add your choice of fresh or frozen fruits and blend again until fully combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into an airtight container, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
- Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes, or until firm.
- Let sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving. Scoop and enjoy!
