- 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, laying them flat.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the veggies and chicken.
- Cover with the can of diced tomatoes and green chilies.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Serve the mixture in warm tortillas with optional toppings.
