Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup prepared garlic Parmesan sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Add the halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
