- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup prepared garlic Parmesan sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add the halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
