- 4 Ham slices
- 4 Swiss cheese slices
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs, beaten

- 1/4 cup Honey mustard sauce
- Salt, to taste

- Cooking oil (for frying or baking)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil in a large pan for frying.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Cook the breaded chicken in the oven or pan for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Top each chicken breast with ham and Swiss cheese, then return to the oven or cover the pan until the cheese melts.
- Drizzle with honey mustard sauce before serving.
