Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
- Serve over white pizzas, toss with pasta, or use as a dipping sauce.
Notes
This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a week. For a dairy-free version, substitute with coconut cream and nutritional yeast.
