Description

A luscious and creamy white garlic sauce that adds warmth and comfort to any dish, perfect for pizzas, pastas, or as a delicious dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
  7. Serve over white pizzas, toss with pasta, or use as a dipping sauce.

Notes

This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a week. For a dairy-free version, substitute with coconut cream and nutritional yeast.
