Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the sauce, along with the drained pasta. Toss to combine everything nicely.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your elegant dish!
