Description

A crunchy and comforting side dish made with vibrant cabbages, carrots, and the irresistible crunch of Fritos.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup Fritos corn chips
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Just before serving, add the Fritos and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately as a crunchy side dish.

Notes

For best texture, add Fritos just before serving. You can prep the cabbage mixture a few hours in advance.
