A crunchy and comforting side dish made with vibrant cabbages, carrots, and the irresistible crunch of Fritos.
Ingredients

- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup Fritos corn chips
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrots.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Just before serving, add the Fritos and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately as a crunchy side dish.
Notes
For best texture, add Fritos just before serving. You can prep the cabbage mixture a few hours in advance.
