Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, incorporating them fully before adding the next.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, mixing until combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts for the crumb topping, then sprinkle half over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the topping and then sprinkle the rest of the crumb topping on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
