Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sliced sausage and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  4. Gently stir in the cream or milk, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
