- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Mix in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the flour, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Sprinkle a light dusting of cinnamon sugar on top.
- Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon sugar and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
