Description

Rich, fudgy brownies topped with fresh strawberries and a luscious chocolate drizzle, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix (prepared according to box instructions)
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your brownies according to the instructions on the box, and let them cool completely.
  2. Wash, dry, and chop your strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Spread them on top of the baked brownies.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Transfer the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, cut off one end, and drizzle it over the strawberries.
  5. Place the brownies in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set the chocolate drizzle.
  6. Once set, slice the brownies into squares before serving.

Notes

For clean slices, use a sharp knife dipped in warm water. Feel free to prepare the brownies a day in advance and keep them wrapped tightly for freshness.
