- 1 (18 oz) box brownie mix (prepared according to box instructions)
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare your brownies according to the instructions on the box, and let them cool completely.
- Wash, dry, and chop your strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Spread them on top of the baked brownies.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Transfer the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, cut off one end, and drizzle it over the strawberries.
- Place the brownies in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set the chocolate drizzle.
- Once set, slice the brownies into squares before serving.
Notes
For clean slices, use a sharp knife dipped in warm water. Feel free to prepare the brownies a day in advance and keep them wrapped tightly for freshness.
