Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana until smooth in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add the egg and mix well until fully combined.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, maple syrup (if using), and salt until well incorporated.
- Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until the cake is set in the middle.
- Let it cool for a minute before enjoying your warm chocolate banana mug cake.
Notes
