- 2 telera or bolillo rolls
Instructions
- Start by grilling the chicken until fully cooked.
- Slice the avocado and prepare the refried beans.
- Spread refried beans generously on one side of the telera or bolillo bread.
- Layer the grilled chicken, sliced avocado, pickled jalapeños, and shredded cheese on top of the beans.
- Close the sandwich, press gently, and serve it warm.
Notes
You can grill the chicken and prepare the refried beans a day ahead. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
