Ingredients

  • 2 telera or bolillo rolls

Instructions

  1. Start by grilling the chicken until fully cooked.
  2. Slice the avocado and prepare the refried beans.
  3. Spread refried beans generously on one side of the telera or bolillo bread.
  4. Layer the grilled chicken, sliced avocado, pickled jalapeños, and shredded cheese on top of the beans.
  5. Close the sandwich, press gently, and serve it warm.

Notes

You can grill the chicken and prepare the refried beans a day ahead. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
