Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- If grilling, cook the chicken on the grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- If baking, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- For a creamy version, stir in the low-fat cream or yogurt during the last few minutes of cooking.
