Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Spread a generous layer of butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer on the turkey slices, crispy turkey bacon, and a hearty handful of cheddar cheese.
- Top with another slice of sourdough, buttered side up, and place in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip carefully and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve hot.
