  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 unit lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Make sure to salt the water to infuse flavor into your pasta.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet, stirring for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the cubed chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until the chicken is golden brown, approximately 6-8 minutes.
  5. When the chicken is perfectly cooked, stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the skillet and add the lemon zest.
  7. Finally, gently toss in the cooked bowtie pasta and mix until the pasta is coated.
  8. Serve warm, topped with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes
